Summary
The Provenza Lab is looking for a motivated student to support video data collection and synchronize video with neural activity. Primary roles include testing multi-camera video acquisition, and developing Python code to enable frame by frame synchronization of video to neural data.
Job Duties
- Runs video data collection tests.
- Analyzes videos and benchmark expected frame loss.
- Extract frame ID information from each frame, and extracts frame ID from neural data acquisition system.
- Develops code video/neural data synchronization code by associating each frame with the corresponding sample on the neural data acquisition system
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
- No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python and instrumentation experience preferred.
