Student Health Coordinator

Position Summary:

Manage tasks related to the student health center.

Position Responsibilities: 
  • Collection, storage, follow up, reporting, and general oversight of the University’s required immunization compliance
  • Assist with collection and approval of COVID19 Vaccination records
  • Assist with student health insurance questions and challenges
  • Coordinate disability requests that require medical review
  • Coordinate with University Medical Director as necessary
  • Assist with internal purchasing and hiring systems
  • Assist with marketing and implementation of Dean of Student area special projects
Experience & Education Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience. Equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education will be considered
Skills & Competencies:
  • Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, initiative and attention to detail
  • Must be able to effectively track time and resources to prioritize own work assignments
  • Must possess strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Understand and use technology to accomplish goals
  • Identify, define and analyze information and situations before recommending a course of action
