Summary of Job Duties:
The Case Manager and Outreach Coordinator for the Office of Student Accountability are responsible for the case management of all student matters that are processed and reviewed by the office. They provide administrative support and facilitate the appellate process and informal resolution process. This position is responsible for providing leadership and support for all educational programs, courses, sanctions, and services offered through the OSSC. In addition, this position serves as the primary resource and liaison to students, faculty, staff, and the community in relation to outreach related to student conduct matters and student advocacy and concerns.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate professional work experience
Experience working with students in a higher education setting, or working with clients managing cases
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Higher Education, Social Work, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
4 or more years of professional experience working in a Higher Education setting
Experience with Case Management
Experience teaching or facilitating educational courses and/or trainings

Salary Information:
$42,000 - $45,000 and Commensurate with education and experience
