Position Title Student - Computer Science (CS) Research Assistant

Summary
GEL SEED grant: Big Data Intelligence in Healthcare and Financial Applications 
 
Perform GEL sponsored research in AI, ML and Blockchain. 
 
AI, machine learning, blockchain, and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) in big data processing and storage and develop software to handle medical big data set and financial big data set. The combination of AI, Machine Learning (ML), blockchain, is reshaping the landscape of the big data research area.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a current UVU Student 
  • Python, Java, Database & Computer Networking.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Programming skills and college math.
Preferred Qualifications
AI, machine learning, blockchain, and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) in big data processing and storage 
Skill: Python, Java, Database and Computer Networking.
Physical Requirements
Virtual office setting.
