Attend weekly Executive staff meetings
Conduct DJ meetings 
Required Weekly Meetings
Agenda should include upcoming events & attendance at events
Scheduling
Issues in the studio, etc.
Coordinate DJ Schedule Shows
Hosting Events 

Provide training at the semester conference

• Provide training through out semester as needed
• Provide Feedback to each host
• Plan end of semester DJ awards
• Work closely with Executive Staff
• Be available to practicum students/volunteers
• Check the lyrics of all songs to ensure they are air ready (meet FCC guidelines)
• Upload and store songs in the appropriate folders as requested
• Work closely with Program Manager to ensure music is being handled appropriately
• Work closely with Production Manager 

• Attend other Georgia College events to represent and promote WGUR
• Be available to practicum students/volunteers

Educational Requirements
To be enrolled at GCSU for the current semester/school year
Other Required Qualifications
Be familiar with the FCC rules and regulations.
Required Experience
Experience working at WGUR

Preferred Experience
Must have been a part of WGUR as a volunteer, practicum student, or executive member.
