---
Serves as initial contact for HSC Student Union information desk and HSC Student Affairs administrative office. Assists with set-up and tear down of events, and helps maintain facility.
Duties:
- Provide a welcoming, inviting atmosphere while performing front desk assistance
- Greet guests of the HSC Student Affairs office, answer multi-line phone, assist with questions, data entry, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality when assisting clients for Student Counseling Services.
- Assist with a variety of tasks in the HSC Student Union and HSC Student Affairs office, including monitoring the building and helping set up and tear down for functions and events.
- Support HSC Student Affairs student programming events.
Job Requirements

Education:
High School diploma or GED
Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center- Must attach Summer/Fall class schedule
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with diverse groups
Organized and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds
Bending and stooping
Sitting for long periods of time
Walking and occasionally climbing stairs
Preferences:
Availability to work morning or evening shifts
6-12 months of customer service experience
