The Student Assistant position will assist the Fraternity and Sorority Programs and Services advisors. 

Job Duties:

  • Maintain recruitment software
  • Answer questions recruits and stakeholders have
  • Manage recruitment events

Job Requirements

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a full-time student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

  • Must attach Spring, Summer and/or Fall 2023 class schedule.
  • Must be a member of the Panhellenic Association or Interfraternity Council 

Skills:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative/team environment
  • Must have a strong work ethic 

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ lbs.); ability to climb, crouch, bend or stoop
