 Duties and Responsibilities include:

  •  Develop and execute strategic PR and marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our services and initiatives.
  •  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and community leaders.
  •  Identify and pursue opportunities for media coverage, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
  •  Coordinate and participate in networking events, promote the Butler Center, and attract potential clients.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into clients.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.

  • Junior/Senior majoring in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience or interest in sales, public relations, or related roles, preferably in economic development, business consultancy, or government agencies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for economic development, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment.

$15 per hour plus additional pay. This position can work up to 19 hours per week. Dr. Mansour will work with you to set up a work schedule.
