Student Assistant for Social Media : Masters of Business Administration Programs

Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity for a student to serve as a contributing member of the MBA Programs team at the Downtown SF Campus. The Student Assistant will see first hand how the MBA programs run and will engage in a wide variety of tasks and projects. Hours are flexible with student availability. 10- 20 hours a week.

Full Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Answering emails and calls for prospective students.

  • Support event-related tasks such as scheduling, logistics, etc. 

  • Manage information and reports on Slate and Excel 

  • Conduct administrative tasks such as data clean up, mailings etc. 

  • Upload Social Media Content on a weekly basis, (Instagram, LinkedIN and TikTok) 

  • Engage in other tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Proficient in creating content for social media

  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication

  • Ability to stay in position for the full academic year, and hopefully longer is not graduating 

  • Open to undergraduate and graduate students 

  • Ability to use PPT, Word, and Excel and Google Suite 

  • Canvas knowledge 

  • An interest in online course development 

  • Professional presence
