University of Oklahoma Football is seeking enthusiastic student workers interested in assisting with football office operations and clerical recruiting duties under the direction of the football recruiting office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly pre-event duties
- Organize and file recruit information
- Consolidate recruiting databases
- Organize weekly mail
- Prepare forms, name tags, receipts, recruiting material, and any tasks associated with visit preparation as assigned by recruiting team
- Research programs, social media reporting from PSA, cutting film, effort/loft, evaluation.

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the Spring Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring is contingent upon verification of current student status.

Must attach Spring 2024 class schedule.
Skills:
- Ability to follow directions and execute tasks in a timely manner.
- Basic Football knowledge
- Compliant and positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve
- Basic office/clerical skills (copying, laminating, addressing envelopes, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, superior, and supporters of Oklahoma Athletics
Department Preferences:
- Candidates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate or professional sports.
- Additional experience in customer service or sports industry.
