Job Description

University of Oklahoma Football is seeking enthusiastic student workers interested in assisting with football office operations and clerical recruiting duties under the direction of the football recruiting office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with weekly pre-event duties
  • Organize and file recruit information 
  • Consolidate recruiting databases 
  • Organize weekly mail
  • Prepare forms, name tags, receipts, recruiting material, and any tasks associated with visit preparation as assigned by recruiting team
  • Research programs, social media reporting from PSA, cutting film, effort/loft, evaluation.

Job Requirements

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the Spring Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring is contingent upon verification of current student status. 

  • Must attach Spring 2024 class schedule.

Skills:


  • Ability to follow directions and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Basic Football knowledge
  • Compliant and positive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Basic office/clerical skills (copying, laminating, addressing envelopes, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers, superior, and supporters of Oklahoma Athletics

Department Preferences:

  • Candidates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate or professional sports.
  • Additional experience in customer service or sports industry.
