Job Summary
The College of Agriculture seeks to hire a Student Assistant working in the Entomology and Plant Pathology department. Most work will occur in the field under typical (hot and humid) Alabama conditions; some laboratory work is also expected.
Essential Functions
Traveling to field sites
Conducting plant surveys
Data Collection
Entering data into spreadsheets
Assist in data input, lab operations, field work and all other duties assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Office/Lab experience
Pay Rate 15.00/hour
Work Hours 10-20 hrs/wk
