The Aquatic Sciences Center is looking for internships.

Research Planning - 40
Will assist with algae and lab related research including making slide and identifying algae. 
Field and Lab Research - 60
Will assist ASC members on research projects, maintaining and calibrating equipment, researching methods and techniques, data analysis, general operations of the ASC center.

Educational Requirements
Research Experience 
Other Required Qualifications
Flexible, open-minded, able to conduct research under various conditions, able to work with people, able to work with water and aquatic organisms.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Teachable, able to work and maintain scientific equipment
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Junior, senior or graduate level college education
Preferred Experience
Research experience

ABILITIES
Able to work in the office, aquatic sciences labs, and in the field
KNOWLEDGE
Office package, basic computer skills and online searches
SKILLS
Computer literacy and college level writing, reading and comprehension
