Job Description

Providing customer service to the members of the Murray Case Sells Swim Complex.

  • Greeting patrons upon entry and exit of the facility.
  • Running cash register for sales and memberships.
  • Data entry. 
  • Responding during emergency situations. 
  • Cleaning and maintenance of front desk area, etc. of facility.
  • Answering questions over the phone.

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.


  • Must attach Spring, Summer or Fall 2024 ONE class schedule.

Skills: 

  • Ability to work quickly and independently
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions 
  • Computer and data entry skills.
  • Must be available to work early morning, day, evenings and weekends 
  • Must be 18 years or older

Certifications:


  •  CPR/AED training provided

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 25lbs. may be required
  • Reaching high,standing,stooping,bending, and climbing.
  • Working with chemicals. 

Department Preferences:

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Previous Cashier experience 
  • Previous multi-line phone experience 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
