The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
 

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Strategic Systems & Operations, the Student Admin Worker (Program Assistant) provides administration, operational, and logistical support for managing key systems, processes, tools, and platforms led by ICAP???s Strategies & Partnerships unit.


Responsibilities

ICAP Online : Provide administrative support for ICAP???s award, proposal, project, and knowledge management system including: (35%)

    • Assist with page creation, document migration, activity template set-up, and other maintenance and optimization processes
    • Assist with data cleaning, entry, and document transfer
    • Assist with user set-up, initial orientation, and basic troubleshooting support
    • Assist with editing user guidance documentation, FAQ resources and support for training/capacity building efforts
  • ICAP PIVOT : Provide administrative support for ICAP???s project budgeting and financial performance tracking system including: (25%)

    • Assist with data entry and cleaning in Excel
  • ICAP Intranet : Provide administrative support for ICAP???s intranet and knowledge sharing platform including: (25%)

    • Inventorying and migrating documents and data, including page creation, data entry, and document transfer
  • Internal S&P, Cross-Unit, and/or ICAP-wide Initiatives : Scheduling meetings and logistics for testing, training, and other consultation/feedback sessions for ICAP staff in New York and country offices (10%)

    Perform other related duties as directed (5%)


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor???s Degree or equivalent in education and experience
    • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage various priorities and projects simultaneously, pivoting as needed based on time-sensitive organizational priorities
    • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in systems administration support
