Overview

Sterilize dental instruments, operate autoclave, and perform routine maintenance on a variety of simple dental equipment (disassemble, clean, reassemble, store). Maintain charts, files, and basic documentation, and provide support to more senior healthcare personnel.

Responsibilities

Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. CRCST certification.
Current Central Service certification by an accredited agency (IAHCSMM or CBSPD).
Required Experience:
Up to 6 months of related experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to operate basic office equipment. Ability to learn how to operate a variety of basic dental lab equipment.

Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $31.600. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
