Job Summary
The Kentucky Tobacco Research & Development Center (KTRDC) is looking for ongoing part time assistance to help with the following:  
Monthly reconciliations; ensure proper back up for charges, filing necessary receipts to their respective accounts, digitizing physical copies into digital archives. Assisting with procurement processes to include purchasing and confirming goods as assigned. Assist with KTRDC events: i.e. ordering food, setting up and cleaning up, creating/distributing posters, etc. Other duties as assigned.

UK policies and procedures; SAP; reconciliation; ordering
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
AA plus 2 years office work. Work at UK with SAP experience preferred.
