Job Summary
The Office of Philanthropy and Alumni
Engagement seeks a coordinator to provide administrative support
for the Healthcare/College of Medicine Donor Relations team.
Duties include: acknowledgment letter coordination/distribution,
project support, event logistics coordination and other
administrative duties as assigned. Potential for some newsletter
writing.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Attention to detail and
the ability to multitask a must. While this position is not
public-facing, professionalism and confidentiality is important.
Writing skills a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite (Word and Excel) necessary. Basic proficiency with
e-newsletter software (e.g. Mailchimp) desirable but not
required. Must have drivers license and transportation.
