Job Summary | The University Housing Steamfitter position will lay out, install, remodel, and maintain pipe systems for heating/chilling water hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. They will also install, remodel, and maintain steam systems within distributions systems and buildings to ensure adequate, safe, and operable institutional facilities. Responsibilities include:
Student Affairs Housing is required to conduct Post-Offer Pre-Employment (POPE) physical screening on all selected candidates for Steamfitter positions. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the screening. |

Target Salary Range | Adjusted 100 Hour Leave Rate: $52.46/hr; Adjusted 140 Hour Leave Rate: $51.63/hr; Adjusted 180 Hour Leave Rate: $50.80/hr (Hired individuals will get to pick their amount of leave time and will receive the hourly rate based on their choice.) |
