Job Summary

This position will support admission activity and the evaluation of marketing strategy, identify priorities among new and current initiatives, and perform data analysis, interpretation and reporting.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field; experience in program evaluation research in higher education; proficiency in Excel and Access; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field;
-Experience evaluating marketing strategies and other initiatives;
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis methods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of data within various admission and marketing processes and prepare reports of findings through the use of charts, graphs, and tables.
• Communicate and collaborate with functional and technical units to identify needs and requirements for monthly and special reports.
• Work closely with Salesforce specialists, admission counselors, and collaborators in the Admissions Strategy and Analysis Team and with partners across campus.
• Stay current on federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures, admission requirements, institutional degree and program offerings, and registration policies.
• Participate in all assigned training, meetings and events.
• Participate in Enrollment Management events which may include working after normal business hours and/or on weekends.
