Posting Summary
Provide educational, administrative, and technical expertise to the Standardized Patient (SP) Program by overseeing administrative and program process and by organizing and implementing and coordinating SP teaching and assessment activities for use in all programs. Includes but not limited to; develop training and educational materials for standardized patients to participate in the education of medical students and health professionals; hire, train, supervise and evaluate and provide feedback on performance to standardized patients and proctors.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with one to three years’ related experience required. Effective inter-personal and communication skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Standardized Patient experience helpful. Organized and team player.
Other Information
A one-year probationary period is required.  
Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, Occasional overtime/weekend hours required, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period

Hiring Min (Represents full-time (12 months, 1.0 FTE) equivalent salary. Must be prorated for jobs less than 12 months or 1.0FTE (Salary/12 x # of months x FTE)) 33200.00
Payband Max (Represents full-time (12 months, 1.0 FTE) equivalent salary. Must be prorated for jobs less than 12 months or 1.0FTE (Salary/12 x # of months x FTE)) 63100.00
