Qualifications
Required:
•Experience in Biology, Microbiology or related area.
•Experience in culture tissue procedures
•Ability to perform gel electrophoresis
•Willingness to work with mouse xenograft models of cancer
•Experience preferred tissue culture, cell maintenance type work as well as cell proliferations assays.
•Experience with both two and three dimensional drug response assays
•Skills in isolation of biological materials, (DNA, RNA and Protein) from precious human tissues and cell lines as well as the cataloging and management of resources using relational computer database
•Experience working with generation of overexpressed cell line clones
