Qualifications
Required:
Ability to analyze data using MATLAB, R or Python.
Ability to produce graphics to summarize data and experimental results.
Knowledge of GitHub or similar version control system.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Ability to keep organized records of analyses and data.
High ethical standards in the analysis of data.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
B.S. in Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
Strong coding abilities and knowledge of transcriptomics and biostatistics.
Previous experience working with neurophysiological and/or genomics datasets.
