RN Duties

 

Shift:  11pm - 7 am and 7pm - 7 am (Flex Nights); Rotating Weekends



Education Requirements

  • Minimum BSN required
  • New Grads with minimum BSN is welcome!

Certification Requirements

  • Current Illinois RN licensure required
  • Current BLS/CPR Certifications required
  • Ability to obtain NRP and STABLE certification within 3 months of hire required

Note: Please submit copies of certification at time of application submission.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent Neonatal ICU and/or ICU experience highly preferred
  • Excellent attendance, interpersonal skills and work history required
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) to facilitate therapeutic relationships between patients, families and health care providers required
  • Computer skills and Epic experience are a plus!
  • Ability to learn complex skills and concepts preferred
