SRA 3 (Staff Research Associate)

Job Summary

Provide research support in grape genomics, focusing on genome analysis, gene expression, and epigenetic regulation. This role involves integrating genomic data from various sources and performing genome-wide association analysis (GWAS) for key agronomic traits. Responsibilities also include preparing research reports and conducting comprehensive literature reviews.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Additional Minimum License/Certification

• MSc or PhD or equivalent experience in Plant Biology, Biotechnology, Plant Genetics or related fields

Minimum Education/Experience

• Experience in analyzing next-generation sequencing datasets

• Experience in analyzing genomes and transcriptomes

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

• Proficient in R, python, or perl programming

Preferred:

Preferred Education/Experience

• Experience in viticulture research
