JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope of Position
Software Engineering Team is a solution-driven team that provides custom development services, enterprise application platforms, workflow services and tailored analytics to improve business processes and leverage existing solutions within the organization. Our team accomplishes these services by utilizing analysts to understand our business processes and systems, utilizing technical and solution architects to validate the technical direction of the designed solution, and utilizing developers to develop and integrate the solution. Our solutions engage many roles in our organization (internally and externally) including clinicians, researchers, administrators and shared services.


Position Summary
Designs, develops, implements and deploys Sitecore and web solutions to meet business process initiatives. Responsible for designing complex solution architecture, code writing, and ensuring website functionality and user accessibility. Evaluates and designs existing or proposed systems to structure and access databases required for the Medical Center’s CRM platform.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A college degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience and 4 years of experience in Information Technology (preferably experience in Web Applications, Programming, etc.) Experience in web development using Asp.net V 1.1/2.0/3.5, VB, C#.-Experience with data modeling tools (Erwin preferred) and RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle 9i and above preferred). Knowledge of n-tier architecture and Object Oriented concepts.
