UW Primary Care - BELLTOWN Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time (100%, 40 hours per week), day shift, Sr. Social Worker.

As a member of UW Medicine Primary Care-Belltown, the Sr. Social Worker will provide professional social work services in a client/patient care, research and/or teaching environment. Under general direction of the Clinic Manager, and with dual alignment with the Asst. Director of Social Work & BHIP (Behavioral Health Integration Program), they will provide social work services to clients/patients, their families, and/or others, all while exercising independent decision-making authority and expertise specific to assigned area of practice. The Sr. Social Work may participate in health sciences research and/or participate in health sciences teaching activities.
