Job Description

The Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist plays a pivotal role in maximizing the utility of our digital systems. As part of the User Experience Design team, they delve into the digital aspirations of patients, staff, doctors, and medical students. They ensure these goals align with our existing systems and identify growth opportunities when current solutions fall short. This specialist collaborates across various digital platforms, including large-scale websites, intranets, mobile apps, and content management systems. They adeptly translate business needs into technical requirements, working closely with business, user experience, and development teams to devise optimal implementation strategies.

They will:

· Understand tasks and technologies to bridge technical or user experience gaps.

· Maximize synergies with existing systems by developing use cases, customer identification strategies, and consumer need documentation.

· Identify, document, prioritize, escalate, and resolve system enhancements and bugs.

· Engage in system quality assurance (QA), requirements gathering, and collaboration with software development teams.

· Prioritize and research bugs and enhancements.

· Ensure staff capabilities align with enterprise goals.

· Develop short and long-term solutions to enhance visitor experience and drive organizational value.

· Work closely with front and beck end developers, and User Experience, Design, Marketing, Communications, Content, and Analytics teams.

· Oversee successful adoption and training for software platforms.

· Serve as the escalation point for unresolved system issues.

· Potentially manage staff, including direct supervision of both staff members and contractors.

Desired Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant system management/analyst experience.

· Expert-level knowledge of content management systems (CMS), with preferred experience in Sitecore.

· Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jotform, automated testing tools (Selenium), or related systems (preferred).

· Proven track record of developing methods to collect business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

· Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to implement, optimize, and leverage system solutions.

· Demonstrated record of accomplishment in leading system maturity discussions and decisions.

· Working knowledge of analytics, testing, and survey platforms.

· Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with senior management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
