Summary of Position
Paul College invites applicants for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide direct support for the Faro Suite which houses both the Undergraduate Programs and Advising and the Graduate Admissions and Advising Programs. The Advising and Undergraduate Programs Office is responsible for the advising and general academic needs of approximately 2,500 undergraduate and 350 graduate students enrolled in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics (PAUL). Under the management of the Director, the Undergraduate Programs and Advising Office is responsible for all Paul College student academic support and programming. The Graduate Admissions and Advising Program Office is responsible for recruitment, admissions, student services, and alumni engagement for masters and PhD programs within business and economics.
