Title Spring 2023 Graduate Assistant - NSF Grant, STEM Project
Position Description
The start and end dates for this position are 01/18/23 – 05/01/23. The GA will receive 12 credits of tuition and student fee waivers, 9 for spring and 3 for summer.
One graduate-level student, fully matriculated at 24 credits per academic year (9 in Fall Semester + 9 in Spring Semester + 6 in both Summer Sessions) will serve as a Graduate Assistant.
During the academic year in all three years of the project this student will assist with:
  • data collection,


  • application and recruitment materials,

  • and orientation materials

The NSF grant allows students who are part of the grant program to teach at a STEM program for English language learners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Matriculated into a graduate degree program


  • Good academic standing

  • Enrolled in at least 9 credits for spring semester
