The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to provide support to the Neuroscience Institute.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The ideal candidate will work with research investigators, community partners, and assessment teams to help oversee the design and implementation of community-based research projects. This position will also schedule and manage JEDI-informed programming and workshops for CSAW (Community-Soil-Air-Water) faculty and fellows. The Project Coordinator will assist with recruiting CSAW fellows and manage scheduling across participating institutions.
The essential duties and responsibilities of Project Coordinator are the following:
- Work with external partners to identify and oversee community-based environmental projects.
- Make day-to-day decisions for the implementation of research projects.
- Track project progress across participating institutions and community partners; report to CSAW leadership.
- Track changes to assessment protocol as needed; ensure all assessments are scheduled and CSAW fellows and faculty participate as needed.
- Manage data repositories, order equipment and supplies, process travel and reimbursements, complete budget reviews, and assist with symposium planning.
- Train and coordinate student and postback teams conducting field research.
- Assist with The National Science Foundation's yearly progress reports.
Qualifications
:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or high school diploma or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
