Job Description


We're hiring a Special Project Coordinator for the Educare Family Health Program with the Department of Family Medicine . This is a grant funded position. Duties include:

- Development

- Research collaboration

- Data collection, analysis and reporting

- Meeting attendance 

- Coordination of partner programs

- Healthcare coverage determination, connection, and management

- Program participation management

- Health literacy education

OU-Tulsa employees appointed to positions funded in part or in whole by a grant are expected to use all earned paid leave during the specified period of their appointment. The maximum amount of accrued but unused leave that will be paid out at the termination of employment is 40 hours.




Job Requirements

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in a closely related field in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience: 
24 months of administrative/management experience, which must include activity planning/management and experience in data collection or data research.
Required Skills:
Must have highly proficient skills in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.  
Must have high analytical and/or constructive thinking skills.
High level of planning, coordinating and prioritizing skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
High degree of independent judgment when following broad instructions.
Must be able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals, both on campus and in the community.
Must have valid Oklahoma driver's license at time of application.
Advertised Physical Requirements:
Standard administrative office environment and exposure including keyboarding.  Up to 25% of the essential functions of this position will involve mobility (being able to move from one floor of campus building to another;  being able to move from one building to another for meetings, being able to drive to meetings, etc.).
