Position Summary | The primary professional responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting and supervising research, seeking external funding, providing department, college, university and professional service, and academic advising. We seek applicants who embrace and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility and who are committed to creating an environment that acknowledges, encourages, respects, and celebrates diversity and differences. Applicants from historically marginalized and underrepresented populations are especially encouraged to apply. This position is effective August 19, 2024. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. About the Department | The Department of Teacher and Special Education at Central Michigan University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Special Education.
