Job Summary

The Software (.NET) Developer will primarily work on projects related to the Sitecore Content Management System. The purpose of this position is to develop solutions to reduce lead time and increase the flow of development project work.

In this position you will be integrating creative designs and user experience (UX) functionality into a Sitecore content management system. You will be working as part of an agile project team to estimate work, develop new solutions, and enhance existing solutions. You will work to become familiar with and collaborate on our development and coding best practices. You will actively participate in code reviews.

Essential Functions

  • Design and develop Sitecore functionality and bug fixes (C# .NET).
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues (analyze logs, memory dumps, etc).
  • Review merge requests and perform code reviews for peer developers.
  • Upgrade/maintain existing websites and applications (C# .NET, CSS, JS).
  • Work with project team to produce and clarify website and application specifications.
  • Participate in mob coding sessions.
  • Improve daily work processes through automation and/or alternative methods.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and techniques in order to utilize in your code and share with team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing web applications in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft MVC.
  • 3+ years of experience with modern software design patterns, debugging, and refactoring.
  • Experience using modern semantic accessible HTML.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Tooling.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.

Additional Information

This position is classified as Exempt, grade L. Compensation for this grade ranges from $62,630 to $93,950 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
