Position Summary:
This role will be expected to develop, organize, and implement a social work program for the UT Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) Program. Functions of this role will include, but are not limited to, grant procurement, maintenance, and compliance. Additionally, the LCSW will be responsible for multidisciplinary work with both clinical and non-clinical Team Members, identifying and pursuing grant funding opportunities, and patient assistance support.
Position Qualification:
Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Tennessee.
Licensed or eligible Clinical Social Worker.
