Job Description Provides services for patients including counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, the provision of material resources and linkage with community services. Services are provided to patients and families to meet their medically related social and emotional needs as they impact on their medical condition, treatment, recovery, and safe transition from one care environment to another. Position located at The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Minimum Education Required Master's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in social work Required Qualifications Masters of Social Work from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work; State of Ohio licensure (LSW or LISW). Experience in a healthcare or medically related setting.
