Job Summary/Basic Function
Assists with the administrative tasks associated with the MSW Program of the Department of Social Work and simulation activities at the BSW and MSW levels.
Specific Responsibilities
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday during business hours 8-4:30 PM. Work schedule will be determined by student availability and departmental needs.

Job Duties


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position includes the following tasks:
  • Conducting in-person, phone, email, and text message outreach to prospective MSW students
  • Assisting the MSW Program Director to track outreach efforts toward prospective students
  • Monitoring and supporting potential MSW students during the application process
  • Assisting the MSW Program Director with events such as the initial orientation for new MSW students, the hooding ceremony, and other events as scheduled
  • Delivering and coordinating a monthly Department online newsletter
  • Maintaining a calendar of simulation events
  • Facilitate simulation events in conjunction with faculty as indicated
