Social Science - Social Work Temporary Pool: Full/or Part Time Tempory Positions 2019 - 2022

The Department of Social Sciences, invites applications for a temporary pool for 2019-2022 in Social Work to fill anticipated part-time and/or full-time positions to teach various undergraduate courses. Applicants in previous pools will have to reapply to be considered. Positions contingent on the availability of funding.
Courses to be taught may include:
Principles of Social Work
Social Work With Groups
Gerontology Practice
Substance Abuse
Sexual Deviance
Children & Youth
Ethics
Health Care Policies
Social Welfare
Internships
Other Social Work Courses within the applicant’s area of expertise that simultaneously fit the department’s needs will be considered.

Master’s Degree in Social Work and completion of a successful interview.

Teaching experience at college/university level.

Applicants must complete a successful interview. Prior to employment, the successful candidate will be required to obtain and submit current clearances from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Pennsylvania State Police and the FBI.
