Site Manager and Advisor - White County Instructional Center

Location: Lafayette, INDIANA

Recruits, and assists in selection, and supervision of staff and faculty.
Supervises and assists in coordinating academic affairs to include selection and scheduling of classes.
Supervises and assists in coordinating student affairs activities to include academic advising, admissions, financial aid, registrar, student activities, and career and employment services.
Assists in coordinating Corporate and Community Services for the site.
Assists in site marketing and communications functions.
Supervises and assists in coordinating Instructional Technology activities for the site.
Assists in the planning and administration of the site budget.
Assists in facilities management for the site.
Assists in supervision of business office operations for the site.

Site Advising Responsibilities:

Provides general advising and registration assistance for White County students seeking degrees or certificates in any academic school.
Collaborates with faculty advisors and other staff within academic schools to continue to maintain a seamless college-wide academic advising system for White County students.
Assists the Office of Admissions to monitor and complete general admissions requirements.
Assists to develop and implement proactive advisement activities.
Assists with interpreting placement assessment results prior to registration.
Conducts all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Conduct all activities with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people, styles, and views.

This position is currently an 80%, full-time, benefits eligible position.
