The College of Education & Human Development is seeking to hire an Assistant Project Director.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position was created to support the Goizueta Pathways to Teacher Credentialing Project, specifically to facilitate project operation and ensure consistent data collection procedures are in place and followed. The Assistant Project Director will monitor and support the overall implementation of all activities and gather information needed for all reporting. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Facilitate communications and logistics with potential applicants, applicants, participants, school district partners, GSU faculty, and CEHD Administrators.
  • Collaborate with the research/evaluation team to design and implement metrics around program impact, support grant-related data management (including tracking candidate progress) and contribute to program reporting internally and with Program Sponsor.
  • Support applicants as they complete the GSU admission and enrollment process, complete the FAFSA, and apply to the TEACH grant.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to resident, mentor, and alumni management as determined by the Project Director.

***This is a regular, full-time position which involves on-campus and online duties, with job continuation dependent upon grant funding.

Qualifications

: 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • K-12 teaching experience is preferred
