SENIOR TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPER

The Senior Training Program Developer will support the Countering Especially Dangerous Pathogen Threats in Ukraine project. The position will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Instructor Cadre training program by managing a collaborative process with I-TECH and project stakeholders to ensure successful development of curriculum and training resources that integrate evidence-based theory and adult learning pedagogy. S/he will assure comprehensive, consistent, and accurate information is contained in training and support materials, that trainings are targeted to appropriate personnel within the health workforce, and that ownership and leadership of capacity building efforts is sustained within designated Ukraine institutions. S/he will provide technical assistance to the project team, implementing partners, and technical working groups and in the development of capacity building tools, and will assure training and participants are captured appropriately and accurately.
