Job Description

Provides system analysis, design, development, integration and implementation for enterprise level University systems with a focus on web-based infrastructure systems.  Develop and maintain application integration with core University services, especially those related to the University's Identity Access Management (IAM) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems.  These applications include both commercial-based packages and applications developed in-house.  Work with ITS staff to integrate and connect their systems to the middleware infrastructure. Develop custom web services and web applications using industry standards and technologies. In addition to application development, this position administers purchased applications related to the University's Identity Access Management suite of services.  Collaborate with others to ensure the long-term health and efficiency of these systems.  This position will operate in a hybrid work environment.

Title and salary commensurate with relevant experience based on the following:

Senior Systems Integrator/Developer: Five years of experience as an Applications Developer or Integrator, or Software Developer, or similar occupation. Salary range from 100k to 126k.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other closely-related field, plus five years of experience as an Applications Developer or Integrator, or Software Developer, or similar occupation.  Experience (which may be gained concurrently) to include-

Also must possess demonstrated competence in the following skills (through coursework, certification or experience):
1) the integration of externally purchased and internally developed applications with middleware infrastructure;
2)Identity Access Management (IAM) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems;
3)web-based infrastructure systems;
4)LDAP, MQ and familiarity with J2EE application architecture and associated tools; and
5)IAM and MDM concepts and technologies.
