Job Summary 

Senior Researcher, “Engineering PLUS” INCLUDES Alliance Project

This position involves temporary, part-time employment as a senior researcher on the Continuous Improvement/Data and Evaluation Research [CIDER] team of the multi-institution, NSF-funded Engineering PLUS INCLUDES Alliance project studying diversity, inclusion and equity efforts in U.S. Engineering higher education.

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum of a PhD or Doctorate.
• Minimum of a year of experience.

Physical Requirements 

• Typically sitting at a desk/table.
• Typically standing, walking.
• Typically bending, crouching, stooping.

Location 

• University City – Philadelphia, PA  

Additional Information 

This is a part-time temporary position classified as non-exempt.  The pay offered is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
