Physical Requirements | To meet project requirements, lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects, climb stairs and ladders, work outdoors, wear all PPE, sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, repetitive motion tasks, exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste and risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job. |
Shift | Monday – Friday typical working hours, for example 8:30am – 5:00pm. Some nights and weekends shift work may also be required to meet project demands. |

Position Overview: Senior Research Engineer, Process/Manufacturing Engineer on Glass Production CO2 Capture: With assignment to DE-FE0032460, Application of Engineering Scale UK CO2 Capture to Glass Production Facility – provide process engineering/ manufacturing engineering skills to ensure that project requirements are met including reporting, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. This is an opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful research projects, ensuring project milestones and requirements are met. With assignment to DE-FE0032460, Application of Engineering Scale UK CO2 Capture to Glass Production Facility, provide process engineering/ manufacturing engineering skills to ensure that milestones and project requirements are met including reporting, milestones, deliverables, success criteria.
