Facilities Management & Planning is responsible for the care and maintenance of 5 million square feet of academic, administrative & athletic facilities, on a 388 acre urban campus. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for contracting and managing third party property management resource delivery for university owned facilities leased to outside entities. The incumbent must be creative in devising strategies and building/organizing relations with tenants, licensees, events or speakers to maximize income and strengthen the University's reputation, mission and identity. He/she is also responsible for the coordination of building services/operations related to residential facilities including, but not limited to, cleaning, painting, remodeling, maintenance, furnishings, assuring student residences are ready for move in and assessing properties after move out. He/she will monitor the upkeep of all student rooms, apartments, houses, and suites, including common spaces, interiors, and exteriors. |

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Bachelor's degree in construction/property management or related field |
