Initiatives are currently organized in four workstreams – Test Stores, Greener Stores, Community Betterment, Food/Wellness – with multiple projects supported through each.

The Laboratory for Energy And Power Solutions (LEAPS) creates technical and business solutions that facilitate the global transition to a resilient low-carbon economy in three core areas of work: (1) Global Energy Access – enabling access to affordable energy and related critical services to improve quality of life, provide stability, and facilitate economic development; (2) Grid Modernization – improving grid resilience and reducing energy costs through planning, integration, and control of distributed energy resources and other grid-edge devices; (3) Workforce Development – creating a pipeline of trained engineers, executives, and technicians to lead and deliver innovations within the rapidly evolving energy industry. The 30-person team includes 50% Veterans and emphasizes cross-cutting themes in energy security and resilience, equity and inclusion, and applied solutions to provide direct and measurable impact worldwide. External partnerships and networks are commonplace in delivering use-inspired solutions.

As the Program Manager Senior, you will report to the Director and work closely with other leadership and external partners to plan, direct, organize, and execute against project requirements. Further, you would coordinate regularly with the ASU-Starbucks Center Operations Director and the LEAPS Managing Director.  You will also identify and acquire necessary resources and coordinate efforts by all parties to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in accordance with sponsoring source's expectations.
