The Senior Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO). This position will primarily support front office tasks, like greeting prospective students or responding to inquiries. The Senior Program Coordinator will also assist with event planning, the I-20 VISA process for international applicants, and application processing. A high level of customer service skills and a detail-oriented nature are essential components of this role. This is a 35 hour per week role.

  • Associate's Degree required, B.A./B.S. preferred
  • One to three years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
