| As part of the university's comprehensive vaccination program, all

New hires are required to provide documentation showing full vaccination status (that is, completion of two shots of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one shot of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson) before their first day of work. If a new hire's vaccination is not complete or information is not received by their start date, the first day of work will be delayed. The Department of Economics at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, seeks to hire at the rank of Lecturer (3 year appointment) or Senior Lecturer (5 year appointment), depending on qualifications. Renewal will also be based on performance and the needs of the department. Candidates must have received a Ph.D. by August 2023. English fluency is required. Significant experience teaching undergraduate students; evidence of ability to teach at the university level, oversee teaching assistants and internships, and develop and coordinate activities with other instructors.
