Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary | The Senior Investigator, under the supervision of the Director of Equal Opportunity and Investigations, plays a crucial role in addressing and investigating reports of gender discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other forms of prohibited conduct. This position involves close collaboration with the Equal Opportunity Team to ensure adherence to University policies and effective handling of grievances within the University community. Responsibilities include conducting prompt, thorough, and unbiased reviews, and investigations of complaints, and preparing detailed reports for the Director of Equal Opportunity and Investigations and HR Leadership.
