To support our strides we are hiring multiple Senior Faculty Affairs Coordinators, with valuable experience and skill sets. These positions are integral to supporting faculty affairs and helping elevate our faculty across the University. We envision these roles will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Coordinating processes for faculty searches and hiring
  • Serving as a senior advisor to academic departments and colleges on faculty employment procedures
  • Maintaining subject matter expertise in faculty appointments, promotions, and tenures and all requests related to these areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Four years of experience in office administration or project management in a higher education environment, to include a minimum of two years of experience in faculty affairs-related matters.
