The Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame is seeking an accomplished and experienced leader for the position of Senior Director, Graduate Career Development & Alumni Engagement. The Senior Director will lead the graduate career development team in the development and execution of a career coaching, curriculum and employer relations strategy for the College’s diverse portfolio of 9 graduate programs, culminating in ~800 graduate students securing internships and full-time roles, annually. They will also lead the College’s efforts to proactively engage all business alumni in the work of the College toward its strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities:
